Making Sense of The Most Predictable Loss

A few days ago, while trying to put my finger on the ways that grief lingers within us, I fell apart on camera with my friend Nadia Bolz-Weber. I thought I was going to mine her considerable wisdom about loss and grief. She has too much experience with both. But then, you know, feelings happened. I pulled myself together mostly and she was brilliant, as ever, on what hursts and why and how to live in a world lessened by loss.
